    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ahyanamodesty@gmail.com with:

    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

    • Original packaging must be included

    International Orders

    We currently accept return requests only for faulty or incorrect items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
